Engineered Strainers for Every Flow Condition
We supply a comprehensive range of strainers including T-type, Y-type, Mono In-Line, Dual, and temporary conical designs. Available in carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, and titanium, our strainers suit a wide variety of industrial applications. Options include quick-release or bolted covers, flanged or welded ends, and filtration ratings up to 172 Barg.
Temporary strainers like witches hats and conicals are ideal for commissioning, while dual strainers ensure uninterrupted flow in critical systems. All units can be manufactured to international standards including ASME, ANSI, PD5500, and CE/PED.
Conical, also known as temporary strainers are a very low cost way of protecting process equipment against damage caused by contamination that is often present during the start-up and commissioning of new plant.
We supply a range of Y Type Strainers in varying sizes, materials and screen choices. In addition to the basic materials, we supply Y types in a wide variety of exotic materials such as Monel, Inconel, Hastalloy C, Duplex stainless and other Alloy steels. These can all be supplied with a range of flanges, in accordance with all International Standards including ANSI, BS4504, BS10, and DIN specifications.
Mono Type Strainers provide a simple and efficient method of protecting vital pipeline equipment and reducing expensive plant maintenance.
T-Type Strainers are a low cost solution to large nominal bore straining requirements. They can be mounted into either vertical or horizontal piping and can be configured for right-angled applications if required.
Dual Type Strainers provide a simple and effective solution to pipeline filtration where the use of either a Y Type or Mono Type strainer is prohibited by the necessity for continuous flow. We can supply a complete range of Vee Bee Dual Strainers, suitable for most applications.
