Filter
Manufactured with a true graded density, these elements exhibit a high void volume that results in low clean differential pressure losses and an excellent dirt holding capacity when compared to similarly rated elements. Each cartridge is manufactured with an integral support core for maximum strength. The superior structure remains integral even under severe operating conditions and is less prone to media migration and breakthrough often found on other unsupported spunbonded products. SupaGard cartridges are manufactured using a unique process that delivers nominal-rated filter media, offers ratings from 1 to 200µm, ensures consistent and reliable performance, and features a graded density structure for maximum dirt-holding capacity.
High-performance, absolute-rated depth filters for demanding applications. Available in polypropylene or nylon 6, with specialist variants.
Injection of seawater is often necessary to maintain reservoir pressure and increase the recovery factor in oil production. Sulphate Removal Processes (SRP) are used on water for injection to prevent scaling of the formation caused by sulphates reacting with barium and strontium in the crude oil. Removal of the sulphates will also reduce the risk of reservoir souring. Nano membranes used in the SRP require effective prefiltration to avoid premature fouling and ensure long life for these systems. Amazon Filters Ltd have developed absolute rated SupaSpun II SRP cartridges specifically for the Sulphate Removal Process.
VisClear spun bonded cartridge elements have been specifically designed to operate in the chemical processing and liquid coatings industries. Manufactured using Amazon Filters unique fibre processing system, it offers controlled performance and minimal fibre shed – an absolute requirement in the world of high tech chemistry.
Contour melt blown cartridge filters utilise the very latest in high strength fibre production to create a large diameter core-free element. Engineered to operate in high flow applications, the high capacity, low pressure loss media is an ideal choice for use in a wide range of liquid processing applications. No resins, binders or other materials are used in the manufacturing process, this results in a fibre free, uncontaminated process fluid.
SupaSpun FFC melt blown cartridge filters utilise the very latest in high strength fibre production to create a large diameter element ideal for high flow applications. The high capacity, low pressure loss media is an ideal choice for use in a wide range of liquid processing applications. No resins, binders or other materials are used in the manufacturing process, this results in a fibre free, uncontaminated process fluid. Operating in the forward flow direction they are available in 20”, 40” and 60” lengths offering significantly quicker cartridge replacement when compared to changing out many, many conventional 65mm diameter cartridges.
SupaSpun NN precision graded density filter elements are a further development of our already well proven absolute rated depth type filter. These high performance cartridges excel in dirt holding capacity and give extremely low clean pressure losses as a result of the strictly controlled manufacturing of the fibre matrix.
SupaPleat II high surface area pleated depth cartridges have been developed to suit industrial processes where high levels of efficiency are required, whilst maintaining extremely low pressure losses. In-house developments have optimised the filter media to give higher levels of porosity, and state of the art manufacturing technologies give excellent build quality
