Multi Cartridge Housings

The 60 Series is a range of light weight multi-cartridge housings suitable for general liquid and gas process applications. They are offered with a range of closure types and inlet and outlet connections. The range includes the free standing 61 Series housings and the dished end 62 Series. The 63 Series and 64 Series housings have a centre closure to provide easier access for filter change outs. The 65 Series housing is designed for higher pressures and the 66 Series is specifically for high flow, large diameter filters.

Multi Cartridge Housings

61 Series multi cartridge housing

    • Available with 3 -19 element stacks up to 40” long. The top opening style is equipped with a Cast Vee clamp as standard for pressures up to 10 barg.
    • These housings are floor mounted and therefore free standing. Full vacuum rated bolted closures are an option available for all models.

62 Series multi cartridge housing

    • Designed to accommodate 3, 5, 10, 15, 19, 24, 30 or 40 stacks of filter cartridges up to 40” long.
    • The 19-40 round cartridge housings are top opening with Rathmann style bolted closures as standard for pressures ranging from 6 – 10 barg.
    • The housings are leg mounted and equipped with a conventional dished end allowing complete drainage of the clean chamber.

63 Series multi cartridge housing

    • Designed to accommodate 3, 5, 10 or 15 stacks of filters up to 40” long.
    • The centre positioned, split shell opening style is equipped with a Cast Vee clamp as standard for pressures up to 10 barg.
    • The simple to lift off lightweight dome allows full and easy access to the cartridges for rapid changeouts.
    • These housings have an electropolished finish and are available with a range of closure options.

64 Series multi cartridge housing

    • Designed to accommodate 3, 5, 10 or 15 stacks of filters up to 40” long.
    • The centre positioned, split shell opening style is equipped with a Cast Vee clamp as standard for pressures up to 10 barg.
    • Designed with a dished bottom end to allow full draining of housing.
    • Leg mounted with the split shell opening, this is the ideal choice when using Single Open End plug in style cartridges.
    • The simple to lift off lightweight dome allows full and easy access to the cartridges for rapid changeouts.

65 Series housing range

    • Designed to accommodate 3, 5 or 10, stacks of filter cartridges up to 40” long.
    • These top opening style housings are secured with screw clamps as standard and suitable for pressures up to 16 barg in liquids and between 1.5 and 16 barg in gases.
    • They are also suitable for full vacuum operation and processes between –10 and 150°C.

66 Series FFC housing

    • A version of Amazon’s successful 66 Series FFC range and specifically designed for use with the large bore SupaPleat FFC or SupaSpun FFC cartridge.
    • This provides a filtration system that offers maximum efficiency, high flow rates and long life.
    • The high quality electropolished 316L stainless steel housing is easy to use and is suited to many filtration processes across a range of industries.
    • This range of multi-cartridge housings can accommodate 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7 filter cartridges in either 40” or 60” lengths.
    • The cartridges are normally operated in ‘OUT to IN’ mode.

66 Series housing range

    • Specifically designed for use with the large bore SupaPleat HFC cartridge to provide a filtration system that offers maximum efficiency, high flow rates and long life.
    • High quality electro-polished 316L stainless steel housing available in a selection of sizes and with a choice of connections and closure types so the optimum housing can be provided for each application.
    • They can accommodate either 1, 3, 4, 5 or 7 cartridges in either 40” or 60” lengths.
    • Typically they will be used in a horizontal orientation and are designed to be cost competitive and with a new hinged and bolted closure to enable easy opening and closing.
    • These housings are particularly suited to large scale high flow applications.
