Magnetic Drive Pump

We supply a range of magnetic drive pumps in a number of materials including stainless steel, hastelloy, ductile iron and other special metals.

Magnetic Drive Pump

Our range of high-performance magnetic drive pumps are designed for leak-free operation in the most demanding chemical processing applications. These pumps should be considered whenever toxic, dangerous, or expensive fluids need to be safely handled.

Each magnetic drive pump uses powerful rotating magnets to drive the impeller, eliminating the need for a mechanical seal. This seal-less design makes magnetic drive pumps completely leak-proof, reducing the risk of environmental contamination, costly clean-ups and unplanned downtime.

Available in a variety of materials, including polypropylene, PVDF, ductile iron, 316SS, and other special alloys. Pumps are available in accordance with ISO5199/ISO2858 and ANSI/ASME B73.1.

Models

  • Crest AVF-X non-metallic magnetic drive pump. Max flow = 84³/hr. Max head = 45 metres.
  • Crest AME heavy duty non-metallic magnetic drive process pump designed with a metallic armour and high purity PFA lining to handle the toughest applications and aggressive chemicals. Max flow = 180 m³/hr. Max head = 50 metres.
  • Crest AMA ETFE lined magnetic drive pump designed to ISO2858 and ISO5199 standards. Max flow = 108 m³/hr. Max head = 60 metres.
  • Ruhrpumpen CRP-M metallic magnetic drive process pump designed to ISO2858 standard. Max flow = 500 m³/hr. Max head = 215 metres.
  • Ruhrpumpen CRP-M-CC metallic magnetic drive process pump designed to ISO2858. Based on the CRP-M pump with the exception that the bearing support is not required. The driver is connected by an adapter flange to the intermediate lantern. Max flow = 140 m³/hr. Max head = 146 metres.
  • Ruhrpumpen SCE-M heavy duty metallic magnetic drive process pump complying with the most recent edition of API685. Max flow = 2,200 m³/hr. Max head = 330 metres.
  • KSB Magnochem metallic magnetic drive process pump designed to ISO2858 and ISO5199 standards. Max flow = 1,400 m³/hr. Max head = 236 metres.
  • KSB Magnochem-Bloc metallic magnetic drive process pump designed to ISO2858 and ISO5199 standards. Based on the Magnochem pump but in close-coupled design. Max flow = 1,400 m³/hr. Max head = 236 metres.
