THE RANGE

MD – Metering Pump. For general metering applications of thin to viscous fluids with minimal pulsation.

MDP – Economical Metering Pump. Designed with threaded connections and a jointless, one-piece rotating unit made of wear-resistant synthetic material.

MDT – Open Hopper Metering Pump. Engineered to enhance intake efficiency when handling highly viscous or non-flowable media.

MDTC – Sanitary Open Hopper Metering Pump. Engineered to enhance intake performance with highly viscous or non-flowable media in sanitary applications.

MDC – Sanitary Metering Pump. Precise dosing of additives compliant with 3-A Sanitary and FDA standards.

MDF – Portable, Vertical Barrel Pump. Barrel draining pump for open or closed top barrels.

MDC Range

  • For highly viscous products with low flowability
  • Conveying Capacity: 0.5 litres/hr – 500 litres/hr
  • Pressure: Up to 24 Bar
  • Highest hygienic standards and corrosion wear resistance

MDP Range

  • For Low to highly viscous media, and shear sensitive, or chemically aggressive media
  • Conveying Capacity: 1 litres/hr – 500 litres/hr
  • Pressure: Up to 12 Bar
  • Single part, jointless and wear resistant rotating unit made of synthetic material

MDTC Range

  • For highly viscous products with low flowability

  • Open hopper pump with cylindrical/conical compression zone + auger feed screw
