SupaSep LGP Solution
The SupaSep LGP solution uses highly efficient glass microfibre media to rapidly coalesce fine aerosols into larger droplets ready for separation.
A patented meltblown drainage layer ensures quick separation and drainage of liquid, with fine inter-pleat fibres that promote disengagement from the downstream side. This prevents the risk of ballooning and damage. A graded density structure controls velocity profiles to prevent re-entrainment into the gas flow, enabling liquid levels down to 1ppb
SupaSep LGM
SupaSep LGM filters are based on our innovative in-house melt-blowing expertise. Designed in conjunction with leading academics specialising in coalescing technology, the filter provides an ideal combination of efficiency and cost effectiveness in natural gas streams.
Flowing as a standard coalescer from inside to out, careful design has been applied to the multiple layers of filtration media. This ensures exceptional efficiency and drainage characteristics when operating in the saturated state.
Available in both polypropylene and polyester variants means compatibility with a wide range process conditions is possible. They are direct retrofits for the Peach Dynaceptor*1
Thermal welded construction and a stainless steel expanded core means a robust construction with no use of adhesives that can often be a point of failure in service.
